I admit that I stopped at the Jumbo House because it looks cool. Classic diners and drive-ins are fun parts of Americana. I got a cheeseburger and fries. They were made-to-order and served hot. The cheeseburger was delicious; far better than you'll get at any chain. I'll eat here again.

Best burger in the area. Just an old fashioned burger joint with good food, nice people, and low prices. Cost me $7.00 for the Jumbo (1/4 lb) cheeseburger, 9 corn nuggets, and a drink. The burger was phenomenal, grilled the good ole way with a fresh bun and fresh toppings. The corn nuggets were the best I’ve ever had, and I get them anywhere that’s offered. I also has some fries courtesy of my friend, pretty good too.

Jana and her niece are some of the kindest people I've met in Columbia so far. Stop by and grab one of their JUMBO burgers soon! Stopped by today and had Jana's burger, y'all...this might have been the best burger I've ever had in my life. It literally melted in my mouth. I had no idea that ground beef could be TENDER. And the BUN?! A fluffy pillow of buttery goodness. Thanks Lindsey and Crew!

Stopped here for lunch while ride motorcycles. Burger was good, grilled chicken sandwich was good. I had the chicken livers and fries. They were very good. Order at the register and your order is brought out. Service is good depending on how busy they are. Good dining experience.

We have dined here for over a year now. Everything is affordable and delicious. This is a go-to place for a good hearty burger in the Columbia area. I love the livers & gizzards, corn nuggets, burgers, fried chicken, and chili dogs. Service is always great. Just be patient with your order. It will 100% take a while to get your food. (15-30 minutes wait) Ps. If you have plans to go somewhere after dining inside, you may need to spray a perfume or Febreze on your clothes. You know what I am talking about? That greasy frying oil smell will stay on your clothes and hair all day.

This is a good pleace to eat i am 44 years old now and I been eating here since I was 6 years old and still to this day I am still eating here and the people that work there work so hard here because this place is always busy and packed and the ice cream is great it's my favorite in columbia and they have all kinds of food if yall haven't ate at this place yall should stop in and try it sometimes

The service was unmatched. The staff was attentive, ensuring everything was perfect without being overbearing. Tabitha made made me feel like a VIP. I was welcome with a smile by front desk cashier Karly. I was given the menue and then I was about to leave because of thr long duration of time. There was a beautiful girl Tabitha in the kitchen who asked said that she could make my dinner in 5 minutes. I decided to stay and order. Believe it or not, the Food was very tasty, felt like it was home made and thr quantity was good enough to satisfy a hungry man. Both Tabitha and Karly were very professional, smart, quick to prepare the food and of course extremely beautiful. You will definitely enjoy your meal in this place. Please give it a try. 5 stars from my side. There is some room for improvement in terms of the sanitation of the toilet. But what matters is the food and inside the restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious! The burger and the fries were perfectly prepared and beautifully presented. The flavors were well-balanced and the ingredients tasted incredibly fresh. The prices were very reasonable for the quality of food and service. Definitely worth every penny! Update Aug 2nd, 2025 This is my 2nd time at Jumbo Burger. This time Katie took my order. As soon as I paid with my credit card she recognized that I was the one who called 6 hrs ago asking asking their closing time . Her customer service is phenominal. There is something about their food as well that attracts you all the time. I was working in Lebanon, TN today and drove about 1 hrs just to get to this place. The staff was great. The receptionist, Katie very helpful and answered all my questions. The service took some time, but it definitely worth it. the staff at the counter were very friendly and helpful. I ordered the big Jack sandwich, and it was cooked perfectly with a nice crispy exterior and juicy inside. The fries were also hot and crispy. The dining area was clean and well-maintained. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend it for a fast and tasty meal. Karla and Tabitha you are being missed.
